artist one;; Farzali Babekhanworks are in realism and abstract style. Uses Oil Paint, Acyrlic, and Mixed Media. i like her work because it is interesting, and makes the eye wonder. I like her detail and design

Uses oil and acyrlic paint, as well as ink.
Vibrant, expressionist original paintings, including still life with flowers, abstract female nude and figure, abstract landscape and cityscape and more.
i chose her because of the bold use of color, it really draws the eye in.

artist three;; Valorie PrestonHer use of Media consist of Oil, Acrylic, and Watercolor Paints.
Most works of art are very abstract. Uses bright colors and portrays the movement of paint well.
i chose her because it makes me wonder what exactly the piece of art is. i also like how she blends colors into each other well.

TECHNIQUES

* Putting a base on the canvas to prepare for the acrylic painting work.


* Either thickening the paint by creating a impasto effect when you let the paint dry and then work over it, or making it more more dense by mixing water with the paint.


* Sgraffito Technique; a scratching techinique You scratch into the surface of the wet paint to add texture and movement.

Artist One; BANDUK MARIKA.

A Female Bark painter. She bases her work off the stories and symbolic patterns she learned from her father as a young child.

She uses cut linoleom and dry bark in her art. Her work is noted for the free flowing compostion.

Artist Two; DAVID MALANGI.Head of the manarrngu clan. began his art as a young boy, and was first taught by his father and uncle to paint on bodies for ceremonies. He composes his paintings around vertical lines rather than central circular image. He also uses Broader and bolder brush marks.
